WHAT DO YOU DO ABOUT MY EMAIL ACCOUNT’S SECURITY?

We have set up SPF records for all the domains hosted on our servers, so other remote mail servers will know that messages sent from your domain are legitimate, and all others are not. You can read more about SPF at http://www.openspf.org/ .
